After three years of successful operation of two TECHNE slag pot transporters with a payload of 80 tons, DRAGON STEEL has placed an order for an additional SLAG TAURUS P 80. The first-class quality, as well as the reliability and the excellent cost-benefit ratio of the TECHNE vehicles in comparison with the competition convinced these customers again. DRAGON STEEL continues to rely on vehicles from KIROW.
The TECHNE slag pot carriers can be used in different parts of the steel mill for transportation of various pot designs - a very important advantage!
The SLAG TAURUS P 80 is a slag pot transporter in platform design with a payload of 80 t with a total weight of 150 t and is supplied with an extensive, customer-specific equipment package. It is operated by a powerful industrial diesel engine from the manufacturer Caterpillar with an output of 260/350 KW / PS.
