TOP PERFORMANCE OF MULTI TASKER 1600 IN TOULOUSE

In the night from 21st to 22nd April, the Multi Tasker 1600 Swietelsky was in operation at the Southern French train station Toulouse-Matabiau. Toulouse-Matabiau is a rail hub where 17 million passengers arrive, depart and change every year. After the modernization, 30 million passengers are expected. Wihtin its programme Vigirail, SNCF Réseau, the infrastructure operator of the French railway company SNCF, is modernizing its railway network by replacing old by new switches. SNCF Réseau was impressed by the high tempo of the operation. Compared to former switch renewal methods, the Multi Tasker saves one of five hours. Precious time in the fast moving rail traffic.
