CANDIDATE FOR CHANCELLOR VISITS LEIPZIG

On 29th May 2013, as part of his programme to visit all federal Länder during this year’s federal election campaign, the candidate for Chancellor of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), Peer Steinbrück came to see our plant in Leipzig. Together with member of the Bundestag, Daniela Kolbe, and the Chairman of the SPD in Saxony, Martin Dulig, Steinbrück visited the production hall and praised Techne’s positive development over recent decades. During the subsequent discussion with the Techne management, the expansion of infrastructure and his plans for tax and European financial policy played an important role.
